How can groups arrive and are there parking facilities on site?

Groups can arrive comfortably by coach – access is possible directly in front of the house.
Parking spaces for coaches and cars are available on site.

How can I get to the Ennshof?

Arrival by trainFor groups arriving by train, we are happy to organize a bus transfer from the station on request. The group leader will invoice you directly.
Traveling on foot?If you prefer to walk, you can take a leisurely stroll along the Ennsweg to the Ennshof (walking time approx. 45 minutes). We will be happy to collect your luggage from the station on request.

Public busAlternatively, a public bus is also available – please reserve in advance depending on group size.

When are the meal times at the Ennshof?

Breakfast: 7.30- 9.00 a.m.
Lunch: 12.00 p.m.
Evening: 6.00 p.m.

How is medical care ensured on site?

You’ll also find plenty of doctors, dentists and pharmacies in Altenmarkt and the surrounding region.

What should I bring with me for my stay?

So that you are well prepared, please remember:

Own towels
(Alternatively, towels can be rented for a fee of € 2.50).

Slippers

List of participants with names and dates of birth

E-Card (or health insurance card)

Optional & recommended:
You are welcome to bring your own table tennis bats and balls. A limited number can also be borrowed on site.

Do I need to bring my own bed linen?

Freshly made beds await you – simply arrive and feel good!

Is there a cleaning service during the stay?

Cleanliness is important to us – that’s why the bathroom and WC are cleaned daily.

Is there a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests?

A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available.
(3 € per wash cycle)

Is there WLAN or Internet access at the Jugendhotel Ennshof?

With us, you can also stay well connected online: A well-developed Wi-Fi network is available to you on site. You can easily get the password at reception.

How is the security of the Jugendhotel Ennshof guaranteed?

Our modern fire alarm system is regularly maintained and all escape routes are clearly marked – on every floor.

Can I take a packed lunch instead of a hot lunch?

If you book full board, you can take a packed lunch with you instead of a hot lunch – made up directly from the breakfast buffet, including 1 drink and a small sweet.

Please just let us know on the day of arrival!

Is smoking allowed at the Ennshof?

Smoking is prohibited throughout the Ennshof – for healthy coexistence and fresh air for everyone.

What are the cancelation conditions at Jugendhotel Ennshof?

In the event of non-arrival or a reduction in the number of participants booked, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows:

• up to 90 days before arrival: free of charge
• 89 to 21 days before arrival: 30 % of the travel price
• 20 to 1 day before arrival: 60 % of the travel price
• on the day of arrival / in case of no-show: 100 % of the travel price

Does the Ennshof Youth Hotel also offer vegetarian or special dietary options?

Whether vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or lactose-free – we prepare all dishes with care and high quality.

Please inform us of any special requirements in writing at least 14 days before your arrival so that we can prepare everything optimally.

When are the rooms ready for occupancy on arrival and when do I have to check out on the day of departure?

Check-in: Rooms are ready for occupancy from 16:00 (luggage can be stored beforehand).
Check-out: Please vacate the rooms by 9:00 am at the latest on the day of departure.

How can I pre-book sports facilities and rooms?

Sports facilities, gymnasium, seminar rooms, disco etc. can be reserved in advance free of charge by the group leader.

Reservations are possible by the hour – longer periods on request and subject to availability.
